How it works

Use Duskala for up to 90 nights from the day your order is delivered. If your evenings aren't calmer, contact us and we'll refund your order in full — no forms to argue over, no restocking fees.

To start a return

Email support@duskala.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We'll reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions. Once your return is confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
