Welcome to Duskala. By using duskala.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Duskala devices are comfort and relaxation products intended for everyday use on healthy skin and eyes. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have an eye condition, recent eye surgery, or any medical concern, consult your doctor before use. Do not use while driving or operating machinery.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud); if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Promotions can't be applied retroactively.

Shipping & returns

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Returns and refunds are governed by our 90-Night Trial & Returns policy.

Warranty

Duskala devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Contact support@duskala.com for warranty claims.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Duskala name, logo, product copy, and imagery — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to your use of the site.
